AI with a clinical foundation

Doctor-trained.
Focused on your skin.

Our AI is trained on more than 15,000 faces to recognise visible aesthetic concern patterns. It turns what is visible in your photo into a structured starting point for your consultation.

Inspired by Dr Sha’s MODE approach: measure and observe first, then design and evolve a plan. You get clear explanations; Dr Sha considers your goals, skin and medical history before confirming your next step.

Your permission comes first

Your photo, handled with care.

You choose whether to continue after reading the photo consent. Your image helps create your analysis and visual map. Your report can be kept in your clinic record for follow-up; the clinic’s privacy policy explains how it protects personal data and how to exercise your rights.

Before you begin

A little reassurance.

Everything you need to take the first step with confidence.

Is the skin analysis really free?

Yes. Your online skin analysis is complimentary, with no payment details needed. After adding your photo, you enter your name, email and phone number to receive your report and allow the clinic to follow up. Treatment and clinic appointments are separate.

What will I get in my report?

A visual map of the concerns in your photograph, one main focus and up to two supporting options. You can explore relevant Dr Sha treatment directions, explanations and priorities to discuss in person. Cosmetic priority means relevance to your goals, not medical urgency; Dr Sha confirms whether any treatment is appropriate.

How is my photograph protected?

You give permission before adding a photo. Your photograph is sent to AI service providers to create the assessment and visual map. When you continue with your details, your report includes a photo or visual map and may be saved to your clinic contact record and emailed to you for follow-up. The clinic's privacy policy explains its security practices, retention and your data rights. Read the photo consent before uploading.

Does doctor-trained AI replace a consultation?

The online report is produced by AI; a doctor does not personally review every report. It describes visible cosmetic concerns, not a medical diagnosis. Your clinician considers your skin, goals and medical history before confirming whether any treatment is appropriate.

What sort of photo should I use?

A clear front-facing photo in soft, even daylight, with your hair away from your face and a relaxed expression. Avoid filters and makeup where possible. You can take a new photo or upload one, then check the framing before continuing.

Do I need to know which treatment I want?

No. Start with your photograph and what matters to you. The map helps you understand which visible areas and treatment options are worth discussing, so you can arrive at a consultation with clearer questions.

You don’t have to figure it out alone

Start with your skin.
Leave with more clarity.

Your own photo. Your visible priorities. Your next conversation.

Cosmetic guidance. Your clinician confirms treatment suitability.
